Home sales are steady in the real estate market in northern Kentucky. An analysis of Boone County, Kenton County, and Campbell County Kentucky shows 2661 residential houses sold January through October 25, 2011, a number that is nearly the same as the same time last year, in which 2846 homes sold. The average sales price for that area remains steady at approximately $153,500, almost the same as last year.
