Home sales are steady in the real estate market in northern Kentucky. An analysis of Floyd County, Harrison County, and Clark County Indiana shows 1650 residential houses sold January through October 25, 2011, a number that is nearly the same as the same time last year, in which 1657 homes sold. The average sales price for that area remains steady at approximately $129,900 almost the same as last year.
